Driving Directions
From I-20 to the Walton Way campus
Coming from South Carolina (Map): Take Wheeler Road exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn left onto Wheeler Road and get into the right lane.
Coming from Atlanta (Map) : Take Wheeler Road exit. At the bottom of the exit ramp, turn right and get into the right lane.
Stay in the right lane and continue to the intersection with Walton Way Extenstion. Turn Right onto Walton Way Extension and move immediately to the left lane. At the light, turn left onto Walton Way. Continue for a couple of miles on Walton Way and look for the campus on the right.
From Augusta State University to Christenberry Fieldhouse and Athletic Fields (Map)
Turn left onto Arsenal Ave. At the following stop sign, Mc Dowell St., turn right. On Monte Sano Ave., at the traffic light, turn left. Go to the second traffic light, Wrightsboro Rd., and turn right again. At the fifth traffic light, turn right onto Vanover Drive, which leads to the Christenberry Fieldhouse and fields.
Traveling I-20 East to Christenberry Fieldhouse (Map)
- Merge onto Bobby Jones Expy/GA-415 E/I-520 E via the Bobby Jones Expy/I-520 E exit 196A (1.9 mi)
- Take the Wrightsboro Road exit 2 to Daniel Field (0.3 mi)
- Turn left at Wrightsboro Road (2.0 mi)
- Arrive at 3105 Wrightsboro Road
Traveling I-20 West to Christenberry Fieldhouse (Map)
- Take the GA-28/Washington Road exit 199 to Augusta (0.3 mi)
- Turn left at Washington Road (1.3 mi)
- Turn right at Berckmans Road (1.8 mi)
- Continue on Highland Ave (0.4 mi)
- Turn left at Walton Way (230 ft)
- Turn right at Highland Ave (0.7 mi)
