How to Request a Transcript

Alumni and Former Students

Augusta State University and Scrip-Safe have partnered together to provide former students and alumni with access to an online ordering system through a secure website. Please login to https://iwantmytranscript.com/asu to order your transcript.

You can order your transcripts using a Visa or Mastercard at any time. Augusta State University will process transcript orders from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday through Friday. When possible, requests should be made well in advance of the date when the transcript is needed. Transcripts will be sent from Augusta State University within 2-3 days after a request has been received; however, allow additional time during peak periods.

The secure website will include instructions for placing your transcript order. ASU charges $6.00 per transcript. Order updates will be emailed to you and you can also check your order status and history online.

Please note: If a document is required to be mailed with the official transcript, please upload your document to your transcript request when you submit your request through iwantmytranscript.com.

Current Students

Current students can request a transcript to be mailed or for pick up by using Elroy.

Access and login to MyASU
Select Elroy
Select “Student Records”
Select “Request Official Transcripts if transcript needs to be mailed to another institution”
Select “View unofficial transcript to print out an unofficial copy.
