WELL 1000 Wellness (3-0-3)
The course is designed to serve as a framework for wellness by integrating physical, mental, social, and environmental aspects of the individual. The course encourages proactive behaviors by providing educational opportunities which provide each participant personalized data upon which to base lifestyle decisions.
