How do I change a grade I already entered?
Grade correction can be made until midnight the day after exams are over. You do not need to re-enter any grades other than those that you wish to change.
A 'V' grade cannot be changed - it is for students who are auditing a class.
Simply log into the system and choose the class that you wish to edit. All previously entered grades will be displayed.
Should you need to change a grade after online grading has ended, you will need to complete a Grade Change form, available in departments and in the Registrar's office.
