Executive | Meet the Cabinet | Legislative | Meet the Senators

The Augusta State University Student Government Association is structured into two branches of power: the Executive Branch and the Legislative Branch. The Executive Branch is composed of elected officers: the President, Vice-president, Secretary, Treasurer, and the Advisor. All of these individuals work in unison to further the agenda of the Student Government Association.

The Legislative Branch is composed of elected legislatures who codify, vote, and pass bills/resolutions that become binding statutes for ASU Student Government and the ASU community. However, both branches derive their power from the binding codes and laws of the Augusta State University Student Government Association Constitution and bylaws. It is the goal and expectation of both branches to serve and represent the ideas and opinions of the students of Augusta State University; therefore committing to promote an excellent educational environment where students' interests are welcome and respected.
