Internships
The Internship Program is designed to allow students to receive academic credit for work experience. This work may be done in any of a variety of agencies or organizations. The internship experience should serve as a transition between the world of the classroom and the world of work. The internship will give students an opportunity to relate their academic study to work situations and will provide more information on which to base a career choice.
Requirements to do an internship:
- You must be a Junior or Senior
- You must be in good academic standing
- You must receive the permission of the instructor before registering

For Social Work Students
Dr Dale White is the fieldwork director for Social Work. Please contact him for permission to take ANY social work fieldwork courses. EMAIL HIM at swhite27@aug.edu
Dr. White will supervise Summer 2009 Internships for Sociology and Criminal Justice. EMAIL HIM at swhite27@aug.edu for permission to enroll in class.
