The Office of Student Activities: Publication Request
The Office of student Activities publishes several publications throughout the semester year, ASU faculty and staff representatives may submit an ad for the ASU Stall Wall and Janus display board via email. The Stall Wall is published weekly and features events scheduled for the upcoming week, Stall Wall posters are found in the restrooms of the major academic buildings (UH, AG, JSAC, and Sci. Bldg.). The Janus display board is located at the entrance of the JSAC Breezeway and features events scheduled for upcoming weeks or meetings.
STALL WALL: A
weekly publication advertising campus events and news, stall wall is an
11X17 poster that "keeps you in the know." Stall Wall submissions should
be at most paragraph length and should contain these four static points: We will try our best to advertise each event, however some events may be
held over for the next edition for space requirements. the Janus e-TV
display board is located at the entrance of the JSAC Breezeway and
features events scheduled for upcoming weeks or meetings. the
Janus Display board streams 11X17 publisher documents 24/7 and is ideal
for early announcements of future events and activities. Janus submissions may also be sent to Craig Taylor Burton at
studentads@aug.edu. Submission Which one should I reserve Stall Wall or Janus? We recommend sending in a request to Janus 3-5 Weeks prior to the day of your event because Stall Wall features events on the weekly basis whereas Janus can be streamed daily! Is there a price for ad's? No! This is a totally FREE service provided by the Office of Student Activities! Is there a text restriction for Stall Wall or Janus? Not completely, if you submit a request for Janus we will create your own unique 11X17" image. On the other hand, Stall wall features several events and text may be revised for space.
