Where to Reserve Space

JSAC spaces are requested through an on-line request form. Please read the building policies to the right before proceeding to the request form. You are responsible for knowing and informing members of your organization of all facility policies.

How to Reserve Space

Reservation requests must be submitted at least 15 business days prior to the event. Requests for meetings or events requiring personnel (security, early building opening, etc.) should be submitted at least 30 business days prior to the event. Requests submitted after these time periods may be denied. Events taking place outside of normal building hours are subject to an afterhours access fee. Please contact Student Activities for more details.

Once you submit your request, you will receive an automated email. This does not confirm your reservation. If your request is approved a confirmation will be e-mailed to you. Please remember your reservation is not final and your event location should not be publicized until you have received a confirmation from JSAC Reservations. Who can Reserve Space

Only ASU departments & registered student organizations may request reservations in this building. There is no charge for use of these areas.

How to get Audio/Visual for your Space

JSAC Reservations will provide all audio/visual equipment for the JSAC. Media Services is not needed. If your needs expand past the equipment in the building we will make the request for you.

Individual or Group Consultation

Does the reservation system confuse you? Are you unsure of what you need or what we can offer you? We can help!

Individuals can set up a time to meet with myself or the reservation assistant to go through your reservation to assist you with the details. We can come to your office or you can visit ours.

Student and Departmental Groups can request a group consultation. You can have the Operations Coordinator come to your weekly meeting to discuss reservations and event planning. To set this up, call 706-737-1610 or email me at studentactivities@aug.edu
