The Support Services group of Computer Services incorporates technical and user support
personnel whose emphasis is to provide:
- Training and help desk support to faculty, staff, and students in the day-to-day use
of standalone or local area network hardware and software systems;
- Installation of campus hardware and software;
- Technical support and consultation for the purchase and use of microcomputer hardware and
software systems;
- Printing and job production for various campus administrative systems;
- Academic test scoring and survey scanning;
- On campus service and repair center.
