Course Credit For National Board Certification

Process to receive course credit for National Board of Professional Teaching Standards Certification:

Step 1: Complete this form. (CLICK HERE)
Step 2: Give it to your advisor for signatures
Step 3: Take it to the business office along with a check made out to ASU ($5 per credit hour received)
Step 4: Take the completed form to the Registrar's Office
