I am returning to ASU on a full-time basis after eight years as a Media Specialist in elementary schools in Columbia County. I received my BA, M.Ed, and Ed.S degrees from Augusta State, all in Early Childhood Education, and my MLIS degree from the University of South Carolina. I also taught 1st, 2nd, and 3rd grades in Richmond County before Joining the ASU faculty – the first time – from 1996 – 1999. I have spent countless hours at ASU since 1984, either as a student, adjunct/full-time faculty member, or both! I enjoy reading ( especially children’s literature), spending quality time with my family and houseful of cats, and traveling to new places.
