Dr. Hill received her Doctor of Education in Education Administration from Georgia Southern University. She received her Education Specialist degree in Administration and Supervision from Augusta State College. Dr. Hill also attended New Mexico State University where she earned her Master of Arts degree, reading specialist focus, and Eastern New Mexico State University where she earned her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. Dr. Hill taught in elementary classrooms, served as director of curriculum, and served as both assistant principal and principal in schools before coming to Georgia Regents University. Her teaching focus is in literacy instruction.
