My name is Kim Franklin, and I received my undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education from the University of Georgia. Additionally, I earned my Masters degree in Early Childhood Education from Augusta State University. I am certified to teach PK-5, and I have taught PK, kindergarten, first and second grades for over 14 years in various public and private schools in Augusta. I joined the Augusta State University Teacher Education faculty in fall 2007. Married since 1987, my husband Peter and I have three sons Peter III, Christopher, and Colden, who bring us great joy. You will often find me reading, traveling, enjoying the outdoors, and spending time with family and friends.
