Frank M. and Alice K. Green Scholarship: The
student must be an undergraduate (admitted to Teacher Education) or
graduate student majoring in Early Childhood Education, must have an
overall cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) of at least 3.0 and
must have financial need which is not met from other sources. For

Renee Pool Russo Memorial Scholarship: The student must be at
least a junior (admitted to Teacher Education) majoring in Special
Education with a career interest in mild disabilities, must have an
overall cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and must have financial need
which is not met from other sources. The student must also
demonstrate potential for success in the education field and should
intend to seek a teaching position in the Richmond County Public

John Milledge Smith, Jr. Memorial
Scholarship: The student must be an undergraduate (admitted to
Teacher Education) or graduate student majoring in an educator
preparation teaching field, must have an overall cumulative GPA of
at least 3.0 and must have a financial need which is not met from
other sources. In addition, the student should demonstrate potential

Louise P. White Memorial Scholarship: The student must be an
undergraduate (admitted to Teacher Education) or graduate student
majoring in Early Childhood, Middle Grades or Music Education, must
have an overall cumulative GPA of at least 3.0 and must have
financial need which is not met from other sources. Also, the
