To submit a student technology fee proposal, complete the Student Technology Request Form. This form may be completed on line and the form and any attachments submitted via email. Or you may complete the form on line then print a copy and send the printed form and any additional documentation to Chip Matson, Office of Information Technology Services in University Hall.
