Foreign Language Placement Exams

The Foreign Language Placement Exams are administered through Testing and Disability Services for the Languages, Literature and Communications Department of Augusta State University. The test measures listening and reading comprehension for German, French and Spanish. This test is recommended for students who wish to pursue majors or minors in these languages. Test takers must be current students or applicants to take the placement exam.

The Foreign Language Placement Exam is offered during the same hours of the COMPASS Exam. There is no appointment needed, test takers must have their photo identification with them when they show up for testing.
