Legislative Exam
The Legislative Exams are given as an institutional test. Four different areas of testing are administered:
These tests are given to students who have not satisfied their GA legislative requirements needed for graduation. Examples of students needing to complete this exam are students who satisfied their requirements through CLEP testing as well as students who have satisfied their History and Political Science requirements outside the University System of Georgia.
Georgia Constitution exam policy No preregistration is required, just come on the day of the test to our office in the Quadrangle, located next to Fanning Hall (Business Office), approximately 15 minutes prior to the testing time. You are allowed one hour for each test. Check with your advisor or the Registrar's Office if you are unsure about which test you are required to take. Students are allowed to take the test one time only. If the test is failed, the student must take the class. If you have a disability, you must contact this office at least one week in advance of testing.
