Triad Meeting Minutes

Money

ETC monies have not been released as of yesterday. Awaiting information from the state about medical shortfall. Our wall may be delayed two or three months at least.

Remaining 2 developmental computers may need to come out of end-of-year money or start of next fiscal year.

Training

Calendars? Are they updated for Faculty/Staff training for this term. David's info is there, my FDI is there. David doesn't have schedule yet.

Proposal. Recommend bookmarking by Faculty and Staff to our Calendar. Randle needs to enter his classes. Wait until after that, then advertise. Faculty & Staff announcement of calendar to be sent by Randle.

Colors. David - Green, Maureen - Lavendar, Randle -Blue, Mary - Black, Bill - Red

Paint Shop Pro

Ron is going to upgrade the version 5s to go to 6.

Any one with objections or suggestions should speak up soon. Otherwise we'll look at getting it onto the classroom stations for training.

We would need a total of 10 more licenses.
