Meeting started with a presentation from Denise Giles-Moore from Continuing Education. She asks that we consider using CONED to schedule our training classes.
Each area needs to be prepared to give an over view of training that was accomplished since the last meeting. Also what is scheduled for the upcoming months. Any concerns should also be voiced at this time.
We began a discussion about organizing the Triad.

What's Going on in the Triad
Mary - OIIT developed a WebCT course on Banner. Banner training moving forward. Work feverishly on Georgia First training.
Maureen - talked about WebCT and IntraKal. The ease of use of IntraKal will draw more professors to want to use it. Nov 8th and 9th a trainer from IntraKal will be on campus. Guarantee that faculty that have WebCT courses will have them converted to IntraKal. Nov. 12th from 2PM - 4:30PM Dr. Garvey House from Texas AM Commerce will be on campus to discuss using IntraKal in instruction.
David - Maintaining Galileo and Internet training. Oct 20th Galileo, Oct 28th Drop In.
Randle - Lots of training sticking to two classes a week. Minimal attendance about 2 - 6 per class average around 3 or 4.
