SmartBoard and Elmo proposals for ETC

ETC possibles? Renovation of 305 (Library) -Wall including power, Lighting, additional outlets, door with half window, ceiling mount of projector (electrical service needed for it), estimates may be needed, guessitmate high, in lieu of estimates

Remote keyboard (need 25 feet distance) and mouse - Ron will order - David to get specs

Ron checking on Developmental computers - why two at least aren't here? Ron checking on remaining two, will buy if needed.

Triad - create official account for web pages - request for email /web account handled by Maureen - info to be given to Bill Gray

Web page - mission statement and classroom use procedures

Mission statement to be reworded to fit SACS (Ron rewording)

Room reservations - talk to Mary about going through Regina (Ron)

IntraKal coming in Nov 8 & 9 (tentative) David, can we have 304 because of the large number needing training and off-campus trainers coming in?

David needing Triad members in shirts for photo to be used by Dr. Nelson in a presentation he is giving. Trainers and Directors?
