Room 305 – Faculty and Staff Training and Development Center
Instructors’ Classroom Use Procedures:

 

Reserving Room - Call Regina Greene at 1593 or E-mail her at rgreene@aug.edu to reserve this room. A schedule of the activities of Room 305 is kept in Room 111.

 

Inventory Requirement - An inventory of the equipment and appearance of Room 305 will be taken before the start of an instructional session. Only one inventory is necessary for instructors having multiple classes on the same day. The form to use for the inventory is located at the instructor’s desk. One copy of the inventory will be left in the wall locker in the development office (at rear of the classroom), another copy will be sent to David White, room coordinator. A monthly inventory will be conducted and maintained in the office of the room coordinator. Any items missing from the classroom must be reported immediately to the room coordinator.

 

Cleanup & Maintenance Responsibility - Cleanup will be coordinated through Reese Library’s Administration Office. Computer Services has an ongoing maintenance schedule for the computers in the classroom. The maintenance schedule is posted on the calendar in room 111. Equipment failure will be reported to Computer Services’ help desk and noted on your inventory sheet. Utilize the Triad’s listserv, triad@aug.edu , to report equipment failure to other members of the Triad.
