Associate Vice President for Academic Affairs

Dr. Peter Basciano, Associate Vice President

Dr. Basciano serves as the associate vice president for academic affairs. He is an associate professor of finance in the James M. Hull College of Business.

He joined the faculty in 1999 and has served as chair of the Faculty Policies Committee and as the director of the Master of Business Administration degree program. He is a member of ASU’s chapter of the National Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.

Before coming to ASU, he served as the doctoral program advisor and the academic advisor for undergraduate programs at Kent State University. Dr. Basciano received his bachelor’s degree from Youngstown State University and both his master and doctoral degrees from Kent State University.
