The Women's Studies Student Association



The Women's Studies Student Association is an official student-run organization. It was formed in 1997 to address women's issues both on and off campus. The WSSA serves as a forum for all students at Augusta State. The organization's main annual event is Take Back the Night -- an exercise to increase public awareness and prevention of sexual violence.

•  Girls Inc.
•  Seminars & Lectures
•  Performance of Vagina Monologues
•  National Love Your Body Day
