Other individuals in these photographs include Tanya Davis, a 1996 graduate of Augusta State University and a HOPE recipient, Georgia governor Zell Miller, University System Chancellor Stephen Portch, U.S. Secretary of Education Richard Riley, U.S. Senator Paul Coverdale, U.S. Senator Max Cleland, U.S. 10th District Congressman Charles Norwood and Augusta State University President Dr. William A.
