NAVY EXPEDITIONARY MEDAL

Coast Guard units authorized this medal for the Cuban operation during period 3 January 1961 to 23 October 1962 (inclusive). Cuban operation area is defined as that water area: between 12 N and 28 N latitude and between 66 W and 84 W longitude.
