Vietnamese troops are deployed on a landing operation from the CGC Point Dume (WPB 82325) in 1965.

A prisoner on board the CGC Point Dume (WPB 82325) tries to tell his story or pleads innocence to an unidentified Vietnamese liaision. Two unidentified Coast Guardsmen watch and guard the suspect. This scene was played out thousands of times during the Coast Guard's involvement in the war.

This early photo of WPBs along side YR 71 at Da Nang. Probably taken after December 25, 1965 (when YR71 arrived) and before the August 1966 USAF attack on the CGC Point Welcome because there is no white star on a blue field painted on the top of the bridge.
