I am currently
an Associate Professor at Augusta State University
(Augusta, Georgia) in the Counseling
Program. My areas of expertise are chemical dependency (especially
women and their children), gender issues in society and in counseling,
civil rights, women in correctional institutions and their children, anddiversity.
I am very active in publishing, conducting research on various issues dealing
with women and chemical dependency, and various university,
professional, and community projects.
I am always looking for
others who share the same interests and who want to make a change in the
world.
