WEEK #8 Ch 10 - Public goods and common resources
[Th 02/28/08 midterm; last day to withdrawn with "W". Automatic withdrawal: students who have not achieved a score of 60% or better (inclusive of the midterm exam) will be automatically withdrawn from class. Likewise, students who AT ANY TIME DURING THE SEMESTER have missed 3 or more tests for whatever reason will be automatically withdrawn from class.]
